Very clean, spacious, and in a great location. Only minutes to downtown. I liked it had options of breakfast and dinner, even if they were for an extra charge.
The location was great! We were right next door to the entrance of the Biltmore!
We had a fantastic stay! The room was impressive spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. Excellent Bistro/ Starbucks’s staff and service. Nice fitness center and indoor pool. Great location. I highly recommend this hotel.
It was very attractive and clean. Our room was very nice, nice bathroom, and comfortable beds with quality sheets.
Left before breakfast began but had dinner night before at the bistro.
Room was very nice.
Bathroom needs exhaust fan and taller toilet and grab bar to get up from toilet.
Pillows too soft and no extra pillow and blanket.
All lights didn't work or I failed to understand switches. All outlets did not accept my plugins.
