The location was perfect - just outside of town - so quieter - and on the edge of the Kancamagus Parkway. Very well equipped and spacious. Furnishings were comfortable and the whole apartment was clean throughout. Useful to have the washer and dryer within the apartment. Great WiFi - and unlike other reviewers we had no problem logging on all our devices. Heating was easy to use and functioned well. Bed was comfy and plenty of blankets available. Amazingly good shower with great water pressure. Good information available within the property to answer most questions and local recommendations were available. Host was very responsive and friendly with the couple of questions we did have.

Location,quiet,clean, amenities were good. Condo had anything you need as if it was you're own home.
We loved it. The pkVe itself is so beautiful and cozy and big. The location is amazing, we had no idea there was a beuatoful swimming spot right there, we went every day.
The condo accommodated 4 of us, and allowed us to do dinners for 8 with adequate seating, dishes, etc. The couches had all been recently updated. The unit felt like home with comfortable beds and good showers. The washer/dryer came in handy for this group of hikers. The location was perfect, and Shannon, the owner, was very accessible.
