Room was comfortable. Pet friendly. Smoking rooms available. Coffee available in-room.
Front desk guy was helpful and interactive during check in
The room has clearly recently been updated, the walls were nice and clean, the sheets and blankets also seemed to be fairly new, and the furniture was in pretty good shape. The man who checked us in, the paper we received said his name was Owen and I hope that's the right employee, was amazing. There was an issue when we entered the room and he was very quick to fix it for us even though it's not really his job, I'll elaborate more in the section for what I didn't like.
Good value, clean, central location, met expectations.
My room was crisp, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was reasonable, considering price. Not just starches.
