Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioner worked like a champ.
It was very clean.
Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave came in handy. Everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. Nothing fancy, but we were very comfortable. The hardwood floors are a bonus with dogs. Just bring your slippers.
Location was EXCELLENT. It was less than 1 mile to the Mission District. 15 minute drive to either Pismo Beach or Morro Bay. We found lots of places to eat or supermarkets to buy fruit and a bag of salad.
For the price, it far exceeded my expectations.
Staff was wonderful.
We booked for three people, one person per room on March 26, 2025 and were very satisfied with our stay. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and it’s a great deal for San Luis Obispo.
We slept well on comfortable beds

Clean floors
Clean with the flooring instead of gross dirty carpet.
