The staff is professional from the valet to the cleaning staff. Everyone is friendly and great at their jobs from my perspective. One of my favorites that stood out the most was a bellman named Luke. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I will ask for him every time I stay and hopefully will get him.
liked everything except the room was overpriced compared to the MGM prices I get in Vegas/Atlantic City

Location near Mid Florida Amphitheater a mile away, was one reason we chose the hotel.
Breakfast was delicious, served when we requested. Non smoking area nice concept. Staff EVERYWHERE were pleasant, helpful and the epitome of customer service.
Non-smoking rooms were excellent. Spacious, clean, lighting, and very comfortable. Swimming pools view. Italian restaurant was reasonable and good food and excellent service. Casino grounds were clean.
