Beautiful historic hotel. Spacious room and lovely community porch, sitting and lounge area. Nice complimentary breakfast. Good bed. Excellent restaurant next door.good coffee & bottled water in the room.
Beautifully maintained historic hotel and restaurant. You could feel that it is still an integral part of the surrounding community and local culture
Everything! I loved the historic aspects of the hotel, the fact that there were no tv's was great.
Better than expected in so many ways - atmosphere, history, details, and especially the friendliness of staff. Very dog friendly too!
We stopped for the night as we were just passing through town, but we wishes we could have stayed longer. The hotel is wonderfully historic and beautifully renovated. While the rooms are on the small side, there was more than enough space to get around. We lived the room decor too! The breakfast had all the things i like: fresh fruit, yogurt, homemade pastries and teas and coffee. We will be back!!
