The room was clean and perfect — it was truly wonderful!
I had a little trouble with wrong entry codes being given, but it was handled quickly.
I had a little trouble with differnt codes sent to me and was not able to get in right away -BUT.. my emails and calls were answered right away and that made a big difference in changing the issue.
