The front desk people were so helpful and efficient and Eisha the front desk girl was the best in customer service.
It was convenient located near the Convention Center at the Gaylord. It was very clean and had a great vibe. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, accommodating and caring.
Friendly staff named Rita greeted me at front desk. Sweet, kind, sent me a follow up text to ask if there was anything else I needed. Wonderful wonderful customer service.
Enjoyed my stay very much! Location is perfect. Just a minute from Main Street Grapevine with free shuttle. Close to airport as well. Clean and comfortable.
Shuttle to the airport was nice, complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and the beds were quite comfortable.
