Clean and convenient to the Grapevine Mall. Staff was so helpful along with Booking customer service representative to let me check in day early and adjust my departure day since I had accidentally booked wrong dates.
Close to shopping, eats and the interstate for travel.
Breakfast is excellent, and staff were great, but Ralph Sewell was awesome. On Sunday morning he greeted me, good morning Mr. Sims. How many people are going to remember your name the next day? April 19=20 stay
Rooms were very cold, which is a very big plus for us. Other than the beds, everything was great. Hot water in the shower, pressure was great, AC was awesome, and the staff was super nice. Will stay again and try a different bed next time.
