the staff and everything was great except the kitchen

Cleanliness, quiet, good breakfast, Starbucks on site, nice employees

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Our hotel room was clean and spacious. The hotel offered a complementary delicious breakfast. The location was ideal about ten minutes away from Disney parks, 30-35 min from universal studios Park depending on traffic.

There is a Target store across the street from the hotel

Clean, organized, quiet even though it was packed, and smelled great! Also, so many amenities!

I liked how clean the hotel was, how attentive the staff were to meet their guests needs, if there was an issue they were on top of resolving the matter within minutes and then followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The complimentary breakfast was very good and there was a variety of choices. Not just cereal, toast and fruit. The pool was very nice and the location was nice just wished there was transportation to other Disney parks
