Courtney at the front desk and Management went above and beyond to make sure you were taken great care of. Entire Staff was friendly, helpful and smiling. Felt like you were visiting family. This facility has the most friendly and professional front desk staff. AMAZING customer service. The room was clean and comfortable, not as large as other suite rooms, but perfect for a weekend getaway or business trip.
Ms Walker, the breakfast area attendant showed everyone SOUTHERN CHARM. She greeted everyone. Asked how was their stay. Said thank you on behalf of MARRIOT. A very classy lady. We need people like her.
