Excellent customer service with all the workers!! Loved the light show loved the rooms and how clean!! Loved all the amenities aquarium koi pond restaurants the wheel etc on the property beautiful property
Everything is within walking distance and the customer service is amazing. Really enjoyed everything about our stay.
The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were very helpful and friendly!
Rooms were larger,very clean and well maintained. The pool was amazing. Water was warm and you were able to see lights from Union Station. Easy walking to great restaurants, amusement center and the aquarium. Grandkids loved the pond and feeding the fish. Lightshow in the grand ballroom was fabulous.
It’s really beautiful! Staff was super polite and friendly. I will stay there next time I’m in St. Louis.
