nice interior , a/c unit worked very well to cool room down fast upon checking in, this is an unassuming house on the outside, divided into three apartments inside, in a small blue collar subdivision, but on the inside was as good as any motel room you would get, and at 1/2 the price. very clean and kept up well inside. Very convenient location (near Publix, McDonalds, Walmart) and most importantly for me a short quick drive to either the Sanibel Island Bridge or the bridge to Fort Myers Beach.
I would consider this a Airbnb.
The place was very clean and well-kept. The bed was super comfortable.
The check-in process was a little clunky as I had to enter my credit card information a couple of times.
They took a $150 security deposit out along with the cost. (at this time. I am waiting to get it back)

Walking distance to Walmart and other shops. Walking distance to Sunflower Cafe (where i had an excellent ribeye steak:-)
Property manager was excellent worked with us when we extended our state the location to the beaches perfect cleanliness no complaints from Chris and Debbie
Comfortable room & bed.
