It was a great location lots of stores and restaurants around and very easy to get too. Rooms were nice. Staff was great. We had an issue with. Our AC not working in the room we booked and they quickly moved us to a new room and discounted our stay.
When we got to the hotel for our stay, the hotel staff informed us that they had upgraded our room complementary and if we needed any help with the fire place or anything in the room to just call and they would be right there. The room was extremely clean and smelled amazing.
I liked the first room we stayed in on third floor. I can’t remember the room number. It had s couch and a fireplace and was cozy
The staff was extremely friendly. The pools were amazing. The room was beautiful and cozy. The facility was clean.
It was very clean, and staff and guests were so friendly. Breakfast was great too.
