Smelled clean, was clean, nice staff, easy to find, close to everything we needed/wanted
The staff member that checked us in and out was very friendly and helpful. She even told my 10 yr old son to grab something free to eat from the dining room area, even though it was closed. I'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel!
The breakfast was OK, but we really enjoyed the hot tub room. That was our main reason for booking this hotel.
The staff was so nice and so sweet. They let us check in a bit early. They also even after the breakfast was closed still let us get coffee because we were late to getting up
The items offered was all right. I don't know what factors are included in choosing each item offered but the scrambled eggs could have had a different texture. The look (presentation) was not as appealing as it should have been.
