Room was pleasant; liked that you can open window to get fresh air; bed was comfortable; staff was friendly; quiet nights -- easy to access highway and Higgins Lake North State Park.

Softest towels in America !!!! Friendly staff and great location

We traveled up to Grayling to visit a few of the State Parks in that area and the location is perfect. Took advantage of the early breakfast and then off to visit the State Parks and to do some bird watching.

We have never been treated like family at any hotel stay until now. Your maintenance Man Mark was beyond the kindest man we've ever met. He went out of his way making it his personal mission to ensure we had all we needed, we're able to get to and from our destinations because there were no car rentals available within a 30 mile radius. Your staff here at this location were some if the mist professional kind and supportive people I've had the pleasuring of meeting! The room was clean, inviting, and the whole inside and out was well maintained. You know the people there care and take pride in what they do and where they work! By far my best stay Ever!!

Hot tub and pool was amazing, it was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, could have used a few more hot options. The carpet looked outdated but the large pictures above the beds were beautiful and a nice addition to the room, the refrigerator was very loud when the compressor kicked on ,and we were quite disappointed that the hair dryer was not working. But overall very nice place to stay and I would stay again in the future
