They always are very helpful there and respectfully. The microwave in the room didn't work and they went and bought one for the room.
This is a very clean and modern hotel. It is maintained very well.
There was a problem with the bathroom, However the clerk immediately resolved it by giving us a nicer room.
So we rate our stay very good!
Clean and gave me everything I needed I always pick this hotel when I come to visit Morganton. The guy is nice and made me feel welcomed!!!
