Location, breakfast, Happy hour and the staff were all wonderful.

The location was very close to Main st and right next to the beach! There was a cute walkway to the beach that was courtesy of the Chatham preservation foundation. It was also very close to the Lighthouse! At low tide, you could see the sand banks!! The inn was very quiet and relaxing, and the sights were absolutely beautiful. We found the price to be very fair considering we were staying in Chatham. The host, Laura, was very very sweet and offered us a complimentary drink for our honeymoon! We didn’t use any of the beach supplies, but it was nice to know how easily accessible they were and how abundant they were! There was also plenty of parking!

The location of this property is why you should stay here. You can walk to a quiet beach, you can walk to the best restaurants/shops, and you can make a day trip to Provincetown or Nantucket easily. The breakfast provided is a nice start to your day.

The location from the beach was excellent. The coffee was good, as was the breakfast.

Such a quaint and adorable location, Minutes from Lighthouse Beach, lots of beach amenities, solid continental breakfast, very clean room and gorgeous views. ots of parking.
