They have a complimentary "on demand" shuttle that will take you and pick you up in town or to and from the airport. We never waited longer than 10-15 minutes. It is a wonderful perk for this property. All the drivers were friendly and helpful.

The location was convenient to our travel needs. The bed was very comfortable. The building was very quiet. Having provided 2 luggage racks was much appreciated. Would highly recommend this hotel.

It's all about the location, as they say, and the location of this Inn is just amazing! You wake up, put on your ski boots and go skiing right away. And all services cater to skiers very well!

The hotel is really great. The mountain is located behind the hotel, so we can easily ski or play in the snow. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent, offering great food and always friendly staff. Behind the hotel is Buttermilk Mountain, which has a full infrastructure for renting high-quality ski equipment, a restaurant with excellent food, and outstanding ski instructors. These instructors are very patient and attentive with students, never leaving them alone. I give a 10 out of 10 for the entire hotel and ski complex infrastructure.
