A great place to have a rest after an exciting day! Hotel «The Kings Hotel» is located in Brighton. This hotel is located minutes away from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Museum of Penny Slot Machines, Regency Square and British Airways i360.
At the hotel
Spend an evening in a nice atmosphere of the bar. It’s time to have a nice meal! Stop by the restaurant. Want to be always on-line? Wi-Fi is available. Specially for tourists who travel by car, there’s a parking zone.
You won’t be bored as at the hotel you will find a bowling club. Pets are welcome here. Accessible for guests with disabilities: the elevator helps them to go to the highest floors. At the guests’ disposal, there’s also a laundry, dry cleaning, press and a safe-deposit box.

Room was on the LG floor, smells very badly. Breakfast is terrible. Avoid at any cost.
I have stayed @Kings Hotel for a few mid week staycations. Location is 8 minutes from Churchill Square for bus stops shops cafes etc.On sea front near derelict western pier which I look @when having breakfast.I also found Hole in wall pub only 5 minutes level walk with 10 ales etc.
Had excellent breakfasts with sea view.A good start of the day from 7am.
I had single room on second floor .Tea & coffee & biscuits supplied .Room & bathroom warm & clean.Bed comfortable & large flat screen TV .
Public rooms & bedroom clean ,No room service with covid rules ,so had to make my bed .
Reception/Breakfast staff friendly & very helpful.
LIft out of action getting fixed next week.
Hotel is only about 5 minutes walk to Churchill Square where frequent buses go in all directions.Sea front location near ruins of Western pier is good.
I had 3 excellent breakfasts. Took a coffee & read book in bar lounge afterwards.
First room was too hot (215) .I changed to better room for last 2 nights. Good bed tea/coffee ,TV, bathroom.No room service due to covid rules.
Cleaning going on all day .Tables wiped after every use.
My second visit ,receptionist remembered me with a smile .I was helped with my over hot first bedroom & given new room with partial sea view.Breakfast staff were all kind & efficient.
No problems not resolved.I hope to return next month for a short break by the sea.
Location on seafront near the derelict Western pier is good ,Only a few minutes to Preston Street with many eateries.Churchill Square about 10 minutes mostly uphill.
Only had very good breakfasts.
I had small single room with view of sea .Excellent TV ,tea making ,bed & bathroom.
Bedroom was clean on arrival ,room service not allowed with covid rules.Dining room ,lift etc very clean.
Reception gave good welcome & helpful on other occasions,Dining room staff all chatty & efficient.
No complaints .All good.
