I loved the quaint feeling of the hotel. It was so nice, the staff was very helpful. It felt very upscale and worth the price. Great location to downtown. We came in for an Astros game for work. I will absolutely stay here in the future and recommend it to others!
The customer service is amazing! Hands down my favorite hotel!
EVERYTHING! The service the entire stay was impeccable with friendly and attentive staff throughout the whole hotel. The shower's water pressure made me feel like I was under a waterfall, the bed was very comfortable, rooms were clean with no air fresheners such a plus, and the complimentary snacks were very nice. All in all the best experience I've ever had, and I'll be back very soon.
The staff was really, really personable and made it feel as if they knew you already..like old friends.
Top notch walking distance location for the opera at the Wortham Center and to the Hobby Center for a Broadway show.
