The room was clean and spacious. Air conditioner was adequate and the room smelled freshly clean. The owner was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. If you're into supporting local businesses and you want to meet the person you're renting with, this is your place. The location right next to the Mellow Mushroom was very convenient for a quick dinner before our concert and the amphitheater was less than 5 minutes drive.

Owners where very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our kids got to enjoy their fireworks on the 4th.

Professional and nice hospitality, and Great location

Location was close to the lighthouse, which is what we wanted. The room itself was very clean, although the paint was peeling off the inside of the door. The switch on the wall light close to the beds was a bit cantankerous, but we figured it out - connection seemed a little loose. Traffic noise was not noticeable from our room, which was back off the road a bit. Air conditioner worked well and so did the refrigerator. We did not use the microwave. Location was convenient and easy to get to other places of interest in St. Augustine. We stayed for 2 nights.

Close to everything , very clean ! Coffee was available in office . Prices are good ! Will return
