Everything was good we liked that we were directly inside the mall as well. Staff was very friendly and caring we enjoyed it.
Location! I absolutely loved the location of this hotel and the quick and easy access I had to the Galleria mall next-door. Truly, this was amazing!
Parking! Complimentary self parking was great and safe. Paid valet services also being available was a + but I did not use this service at all.
Staff! All of the staff I met was amazing and extremely attentive/nice. No issues with staff at all.
Staff was great. I asked for extra pillows and blankets and it was delivered extremely quick to our room
Short stay here for business and the location is why I had chosen this property. It co-located with the Galleria mall and I could just walk into the mall for all things of need. Traffic going into this location is heavy, however, if you're able to avoid those hours, it's a good location with plenty of shopping and food options even beyond the Galleria. The rooms are spacious and facilities are sufficient.
I would stay here again, given a chance.
