It’s a beautiful beautiful property I highly recommend it my family has been long time Hawaii residence my mom passed away and was a lover of Hapuna Beach I stayed there to have a private time to swim out and remember my mom..
Hakuna Beach is by far the best beach on Hawaii Island and the western resort is such a treat if you are able to stay there you will not be disappointed.. the food was fabulous the staff was gracious and kind the breakfast was beautiful I have no complaints can’t wait to go back
The hotel is right on one of the best beaches on all of Hawaii - Hapuna Beach, which has pristine blue water and fine-grained sand. 30-40 minutes away from Kona airport and 1.5-2 hours from the volcanoes.
The hotel provides snorkeling equipment free of charge.
We loved the beach and location the pool and views.
Prices for food were a bit hefty especially breakfast egg bacon we found ways to alleviate that by having pastries from the cafe. To improve something possibly need to fix the beach chairs/umbrella situation people keep them for themselves all day and walk away go eat or swim in the pools and others can’t use them.
The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We all were able to choose our favorites. The staff was always ready to accommodate our requirements for a high chair, and special requests for bananas for the baby.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Kenji at the reception accommodated all our extras. Pools and beach access are great for swimming and relaxing. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of sweet and savory food, including fresh fruit, a la carte omelette, waffles, pastries, potatoes,
