The property was amazing. Everyone was nice and helpful. I was relaxed my entire stay. If I’m ever in the Austin area again I would stay here.
Everyone was super friendly and the food was excellent!!
Hospitality was great. All the accessible bars in and outside of it was very useful. Location was right in the mix of 6th street traffic.
The pool service was not so good. Took a long time to get a drink or even be approached by staff. At one point it took over an hour to get our food order. The other server was able to take our order again which again took about 40 mins to get. The Server was able to comp the food. But it still was disappointed. The initial server didn’t even apologize and blamed other workers.
