Location and facilities were great. Room was recently cleaned. It was what we needed.
The property is continently located to Disney and the staff was very friendly.
We loved everything about this hotel! The beds were so comfortable, soft, and clean! My family of three stayed here with a firework view! We loved the pool! We spent two days just staying in the hotel and spending time together! The pool was safe and clean! There were so many extra things to do around there like playing pool! The jacuzzi was nice! We didn’t go in their arcade because there were just so many things to do at the hotel that we loved! The hotels were Disney themed! There was Disney breakfast! We stayed to go to the Disney parks and it was absolutely amazing! We had housekeeping come and they were timely and made it look refreshed! The staff was incredibly nice! I would 1000% stay here again! We ended up not taking their shuttle because the times were a little bit weird, but we took a Lyft and it was super easy!
Everything was excellent. I suggest adding gluten free options for breakfast.
The hotel staff is so educate and polite and also the hotel have good access to all Disney parks.
