Great place. Lot of reviewers don't like the long-terms residents hanging out and foot traffic, but no problem for me; everyone was nice. Room was well clean, in keeping with local standards.
The rooms were spacious, nice and clean. Whenever I come to Orlando this is the first hotel I look for
The first time we came, there were cockroaches all over the floors and everything, and we had to buy 3 sprays to get rid of them, which irritated me. Although the second time we came, it was very good, the room was clean, they had a sofa bed, and they gave us all the materials they needed. They also have guest laundry in building 400 and also the lobby with 2 - 3 vending machines there. Very good and happy that it improved. Some of the rooms are still being renovated, and I guess the first time we came, it was being renovated, but yes. Also, it's a very good location !
Perfect location to go to the parks, very comfortable bed and, since the bedroom had a mini fridge and microwave, it is perfect to travel on a budget
Don’t let the low score dissuade you as it is reflective of prior management; this place is currently under new management and is in the process of fixing all rooms. Our place wasn’t available on arrival so we were upgraded to the king suite. Everything was clean, working, and made for a very comfortable stay. Great, courteous and helpful staff too!
