Location, staff was wonderful, checking Inn was great, the gentleman that checked us in Monday afternoon was very nice, he set up my two rooms together, when the TV didn't come on he came to our room and fixed it.. If I ever go to Cleveland again I will stay there
The staff was AMAZING!!! They all remained friendly and professional while being extremely busy!! The cleaning ladies were smiling and wishing all of the Cheerleaders good luck!! The breakfast attendants on Tuesday and Wednesday were friendly while keeping things clean and stocked!! The front desk ladies when we checked in on Monday evening were so polite despite it being chaotic and busy, I had an issue with my key card on Monday night and the overnight guy was kind and fixed it with a smile, the check out ladies Wednesday morning were kind and it was a simple process!! I would hands down recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!!
Everything is good, but the A/C is quite loud, so it’s been hard to sleep comfortably.
Everything! I've stayed here before and it was the same as I remembered. I liked the fact there was a microwave downstairs to heat my food and cups for ice...the little things
Friendly staff and great location, rooms, and the Tru by Hilton brand is my favorite.
