Staff was excellent; particularly after I came back to the hotel around 1 AM & realized I didn't have my access keys. Front desk person did a nice job confirming who I was and cheerfully supplied me with a new key. Entire staff was very friendly.
I loved the location and the amenities. The staff, Terraye was exceptional. She is truly the epitome of an excellent service professional.
Location, breakfast, cleanliness, staff and look and feel
Staff always checking if we needed anything. In the front lobby, passing in the hallways. Even calling our rooms. Shout out to Ms. Terraye.
The breakfast area and seating was very nice, plenty of room. The food itself was aparently budget oriented, the quality of ingredients might benefit from reconsideration.
