Everything was great, except for the rain. Clean rooms, buffet breakfast and great location!!

Location and area surrounding it. Plenty of dining options. We did have a couple of issues with room such as TV not working nor mini fridge however staff immediately addressed those issues.

The staff was exceptional! During our long stay, we got to know several of the employees who were all perfectly hospitable and kind. It was ideal for our family, and we were happy to see families with other young children there as well. Parking was plentiful, and we appreciated the location near many of the city's best restaurants and retail. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, but overall sufficient for remote work. The desk and kitchenette were very convenient. I was so impressed with the West Elm sofa bed that I'm considering buying one for our home.

Everything was clean and the beds we tree very comfortable. We had plenty of room for a family of five. I do recommend them getting trash cans for the restroom and the sink area.
