The atmosphere, the express pass, the room was very spacious and bequtiful.the pool is open until 11pm.The water shuttles are great.
Great location, walking distance to universal studios. Hotel offers express pass in the theme parks which saves time. Staff are friendly. The interior design is pleasant and exterior garden is beautiful.
Fast pass bonus was amazing - well worth the nightly rate at the hotel. Pool and movies under the stars was wonderful. :)
