The staff was very kind, friendly, helpful and professional. The property was clean and well maintained.
Nice property, friendly staff. Overall it was a good stay, though there are two comments. First, somewhere I saw it written that they offer a continental breakfast, this is not true at the moment. Also, the security light that is right outside the window, it is so bright that it is brighter than when the sun is shining directly on the window. So if you need total darkness to sleep well like we do, you might find this to be an issue. Maybe the hotel can invest in blackout curtains or bigger curtains. It was still a good stay.
No breakfast available. Room was clean and comfortable. Woujld stay there again. Was only in the room for 10 hours after football game.
The woman at the front desk was extremal friendly! The place itself was in a prime location. The room was normal, but clean. No shampoo /soap in bathroom, Also would suggest a coffee pot in room. Each time I went to the office to get coffee it was gone & had to be made.
This motel/hotel far exceeded our expectations. Based on the negative reviews we were very much surprised. The room was recently remodeled and well-appointed (mini-fridge, microwave). It was spacious, clean, and comfortable -- even had high ceilings that made it rather expansive feeling. The bed linens were clean (and believe me I inspected very closely). Travelers need to remember this is not a 5 star hotel and they should stop expecting 5 star amenities. But, for the low scores and reviews, this really is a little hidden gem. The front desk staff were polite and helpful (promptly providing extra pillows, etc.). Our room was nowhere near other guests and we never heard any noise whatsoever. It felt as if we were the only ones in the establishment although based on vehicles and such, it was clear we were not alone. I would 100% return and ask for the exact same room. The rate was absolutely on point with the quality.
