Was easy to get to jblm..friendly staff wasn't like most bad reviews for price was good
It was very clean, safe feeling, spacious, warm, comfy, the only thing is that the TV only played indie 90s movies and in a small square in the center of the screen and then the iron didn't work.
My circumstances had me at The mercy of a hotel to accommodate. Without hesitation they obliged, and made an impossible for me possible. Rooms where clean and comfy. Quiet. Couldn't have asked for a better place
Tv was broken and they came in and immediately replaced it.
Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and up to date. Noise level was way down.
