The rooms at the wild bear inn was very clean and comfortable and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. Anita in the front office was very kind and friendly at both check in and check out and the staff at the wild bear tavern was very friendly when getting your free pancake breakfast! We will definitely be staying at the wild bear inn again very soon!

Free pancake and egg breakfast. Restaurant and bar on site. Beautiful room with wood accents instead of cookie cutter IKEA furniture and trim. Great location at the entrance of the Smokey Mountain National Park.

This is exactly what we needed before our hike. A location as close to the entrance of the park as possible. It had a pool, a restaurant right there, and a place across to get the sandwiches we needed for the next day's hike. Very reasonably priced!

The staff were very friendly with us. Our room was clean and comfortable. It’s an older, outdated hotel, but well took care of. The bar/restaurant was a plus, it was a little pricey, but that’s expected. Definitely worth it for the price.
