The location was great for walking to the Falls and the Seneca Niagara Casino. The staff was very friendly.
The staff that I ran into on the lower floor helped me find the pool. She was a younger women, super helpful even pressed the elevator button to help me find the right floor. I wish I caught her name.
The staff were professionals and the service was great overall.
Our room was huge. Bottom of curtains were dirty. Location is within walking distance to the falls. We enjoyed our stay.
