The hospitality we experienced was truly exceptional! Thank you for making our stay at Baannalin unforgettable. We cherished every moment, and the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff made it even more special. I regret not having the chance to personally thank the owner before we left. We look forward to staying with you again on our next visit!

I loved my stay here. The room was very clean and quiet, the bed was good, and the location was great. What made it special though was the warmth of the owner and his delightful housekeeper. It was like being part of a family. One night the owner and I just sat down and shared a bottle of red wine and talked with the aid of Google translate. Also for longer staying guests he will take you for a spin around the town in his classic car. A special mention however must go to Lotus the housekeeper. She is incredibly hardworking but always has a smile on her face and we spent many afternoons discussing philosophy of life. I came away thinking that really Lotus has the answers ! Just ask !

The hotel is in the perfect location and the owners are truly a wonderful couple with the sweetest children. Very comfortable beds and a nice size room with a balcony. There isn’t an elevator but considering there are only 3 floors we didn’t find this to be an issue.

Pillowcase was fabulous, and the couple that owned it and rented or beyond hospitable. Very very wonderful holiday. I would recommend this to anybody and I was certainly go back to stay there.

Fantastic place to stay with extremely friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. The power plugs in the rooms appeared to accept both US and Euro types as well.
