The house was really clean, nice furniture, water pressure was ok, AC as well. Spacious, with clieaninf everyday.
Next to the Fairtex training center, which was the purpose of our trip. Do not hesitate. All the staff (reception, cleaning lady, handyman, Fairtex training center reception and maids) was really welcoming and professional.
Terminal 21 is at 3min walk. Beach at 15min walk.
The location is perfect for access to Fairtex for training. We like this part of town too as a little quieter and opposite Terminal 21. Nice restaurants to walk to or easy songtaew ride. The staff were very good responding to any issues (eg, our door lock broke and was changed immediately when we reported it).

Quiet location yet right next to the gym. Plenty of space inside and outside with own lovely garden with seating. Lots of good local restaurants and opposite huge shopping centre. Wifi and a/c was great.
