The room is very spacious and the bathroom. They provided clean toilets daily and bottled waters. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is accessible via tuktuk from and to Terminal 21, just 1 ride. Outside the guest house there is many restaurants and bars to choose from.

It's a clean and comfortable room that suited my needs nicely for a week-long stay. The owners were as nice as could be, and there's a lady right next door who serves good cheap coffee at 7:30 AM. Good wifi, too.
Awesome place! Walking distance to the beach and to many great restaurants and a really cute night market down the street. They cleaned everyday and gave us water. Super friendly staff and overall super nice experience. Rooms are big with good airconditioning and bathrooms.
So wonderful! Clean, comfortable beds, and very kind owners. A hidden gem in Pattaya, I will definitely stay here again!
