The service is impressive. The breakfast was also magnificent. Almost no one was at the beach, so it made my leisure even more delightful, relaxing without any children crying.
The jellyfishes were in the sea almost all the time biting. And not enough “natural” shadows near the adult pool - makes the water super hot and for the person, who is not as used to the sun as me, was painful to swim because of the sunburns. But still the best hotel I have been to.

Отдыхали в ноябре, отель очень понравился! Хоть и удален от центра и развлечений,но мы так и планировали отдохнуть вдали от суеты. Номера просторные,чистые, есть ванна в номере и душ. Убирали номер каждый день и пополняли воду/чай /кофе . Обслуживание на бассейне прекрасное!

Отель удобно расположен по отношению к аэропорту. От номеров до моря не больше 200 метров.
Номер полностью соответствует ожиданиям от отелей Мариотт среднего уровня. У нас был самый простой номер, но даже он был около 50 метров. Косметика слабенькая, но пристойная. Уборка как повезет с расположением, в середине корпуса в 15 часов.
С нашим не лучшим зрением проблем обнаружено не было.
У нас не было особых проблем и запросов. На пляже сервис идеальный. В ресторане хороший.
Завтраки разнообразные, свежие фрукты, свежевыжатые соки, очень вкусно. Два ресторана, один традиционный тайский, второй интернациональный.
Номер большой с балконом, вид на сад, в номере было две кровати, диван, чайник, гладильная доска, утюг, фен, сейф, зонт, фонарь. В ванной комнате очень удобная душевая, ванна. Полотенца и косметические принадлежности.
Отель расположен практически в джунглях, все в зелени, работники отеля поддерживают чистоту с утра до вечера. Ежедневно проводили уборку в комнате.
При заезде встретил менеджер JJ, оформили очень быстро, к заезду заказанный номер не был готов, моментально поменяли номер. Доставили в номер на электрокаре, провели ознакомительную экскурсию по территории отеля, показали где что находится. Также огромную помощь оказала менеджер Катя (огромное спасибо), подсказала некоторые нюансы.
