Beautiful view rooms with comfortable beds. Good (not great) WiFi for video calls. Great water pressure in the shower. Loads of fun things for kids - the downstairs play room was a huge hit with free billiards and ping pong, pay to play video games and air hockey, and claw machines. The kids pool and large waterslide was also amazing and so much fun. Enjoyed the shuttle to town but it had very limited hours so we mostly walked or took an Uber to the beach (Xiaowan is less windy and way more swimmable than Ship’s Rock) early in the day and rode the shuttle (which started running at 6pm) back to the hotel.

Breakfast was great with lots of variety for Asians, Westerners, vegetarians, and picky children! haha! We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hotel amentities i.e table tennis, billiards when we got tired of swimming and being on the beach. The hotel shuttle bus that runs every 30 mins to the night market was super convenient because there was NO parking available during the busy holiday. So glad that was an option.
