Great location in regards to experiencing the locale on foot, plenty of shops, restuarants,parks, sightseeing attractions....that was my short 2k walk.
The breakfast is nice. The staff were nice to us even though we asked a lot of annoying questions but they remain calm and willing to kindly answer.
The room size is good, and clean enough

The place's location is great. We took a walk to the nearby park with a long beach front after check-in. Breakfast buffet was standard and did the job. Eateries and a laundromet were all within a few minute walk away and convenient. Parking was basically just around the building and fcfs, but we didn't have a problem. The room has a covered balcony that looked out to the sea. An open balcony would have been better for the view, but I guess street noise would have discounted that experience greatly.
