Staff were so friendly and helpful. I needed to mail a package, and they helped me with the entire process. Location was great, right near the main station. Beds were comfortable and spacious enough. Will definitely stay here again.
-The staff were amazing - Una and Xiaomei were gems; they gave really good recommendations and advice, and were just overall so kind.
-This had a true hostel feel and was true to its theme (everything was named after different cities/countries, the flags to indicate where everyone is from/where they're staying).
-Really good backpacker vibes.
-Good English.
-Great location (10 min walk from train station, near the bust food avenue, right next to bicycle shop, 3 minute walk to laundry).
Owners were wonderful, great shower, bed was super comfy! Very close to bus/train station.
We stayed in May 2024 and really enjoyed our stay! The lady running World Inn is so friendly and welcoming it really made our stay! She gave us lots of helpful tips for places to eat and visit. We really enjoyed cycling along the coast and eating at the night market.
The hostel rooms aren't the biggest but they are clean and comfy, there are also lots of places to relax in the common areas. I would definitely recommend staying at this gem!
This hostel was great (clean, comfortable, very convenient to the train station) and Una was incredible! Not only for Taroko recommendations and just general friendliness, but also I was here for the big earthquake and she really went above and beyond to take care of all of us.
