The staff were truly exceptional. Very kind and attentive.

The nice big rooms, Onsen, and lobby all very well designed. Very quiet and clean and nice balcony for fresh air. Onsen was quiet and calming with very little traffic. Convenient to MRT but not a lot of food options nearby without a 20 minute walk.

The rooms and facilities were clean and excellent.. the staff was very kind and helpful. The in-room hot spring was an additional benefit and the open-air lobby was very relaxing and nicely designed for small gatherings and visitors. Close 5 minute walk to Light Rail and buses that takes you to the Hongsuling and Tamsui MRT. 10 minute walk to PX Mart. The neighborhood is very quiet until you get to the main streets where all the transit stops are located. Walking/Biking trail within 10 minutes walk. YouBike station within 5 minutes walk. Nice views of the Tamsui River from upper floor balcony. Staff was very Covid conscientious and had good policies of leaving amenities at the door when needed. Nespresso pods and plenty of bottled water provided daily.

Private hot spring in the room, big breakfast, huge room, nice view, comfy bed

Very spacious and many children friendly facilities. Hotel is able to provide crib and bottle sterilizer for my 9 month old baby. 3-5 mins walking to the train station.
