The hotel is literally right on the beach, the front yard is sand with chaise lounges. We had two rooms on the upper floor with one directly facing the beach. There is a veranda up top so you can sit and enjoy the sunrise in the evenings. We got there after dark and they had dinner and wine available, which was lovely. Breakfast each day served by friendly staff. I enjoyed my conversations with Irwin while we were there. The speech is very shallow so when the tide goes out you can walk out forever, and sit on white sand and warm tropical water, it's beautiful. We went to other beaches around the island during our stay, but the location of this hotel on the beach, the tides and the stars at night made it my favorite. It's the more low key part of the island but there were one or two hotels down the beach where we went for a drink. You can also learn how to wind sail there in the windier season. Overall, really great value for the property.

The location, you literally step out of your room and then boom you’re on the beach! I really enjoyed the different varieties of breakfast as well and then thank you to Alex for his hospitality!
Great view and access to the beach in a quiet neighborhood with a rustic feel but all the necessary amenities and a laid back atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
