The location was excellent away from the busyness of Zanzibar and right on the waterfront facing west with great views of Zanzibar sunsets. The manager and staff were extra friendly and it was a relief to find that they employed older and experienced staff.
Great staff and service, good location for ease of access but nothing else immediately nearby. However, it's quiet, relaxing, and nice for a walk on the beach. It's a good value. We've stayed there more than once and probably will again.
The view of the ocean it was so beautiful to be able to sit outside and enjoy the breeze I loved the deck it was such a beauty
I liked that the hotel was located next to the beach and I could view the ocean from my room. The view was beautiful.
Fast service, fresh fruit. The view on mangrove on one side and fishing village on other side and the water birds (waders, crap plovers etc) during tide changes from the restaurant is very nice.
Also good place to swim in the ocean during high tide as hotel is on the beach in a sort of bay.
