My favorite place to stay when I'm in Stone Town. It's perfectly located near many restaurants, famous sights as well as the ferry port. The team is always there to help, the AC works very well and the beds are very comfortable - can only recommend when in town!
I got there early in the morning after my flight into Zanzibar, and the night shift guy let me check in immediately so I could take a shower and rest for a bit. They have a water dispenser - a real life saver. The dorm beds are quite comfortable and everything is super clean including bathrooms and showers. They also offer help getting your luggage up and down the very steep stairs (don't try it yourself). There is also a kitchen upstairs which is nice but doesn't offer much in terms of amenities. For a few days it is sufficient though. The place is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the old town.
Great location in the heart of Stone Town. The room was spacious and nice, beds were clean and comfortable. Great budget stay!
