All the hotel staff are very kind and courteous
Breakfast poor
We booked the hotel for a short period of layover in Istanbul. One night only. Quiet area, 15 minutes to drive from New Airport. A distance from airport was a main criteria to chose a hotel.
Breakfast was quite good. A plate of various cheese, sausages, bread. Good cofee was availavle in the lobby any time. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff.
Comfortable and clean bed. All we needed in a rest room and bathroom were available. Also, there is a teapot, tea and cofee bags, bottled water in the room.
A room and all rhe way from the entrace has been found clean.
Сотрудники отеля очень хорошо и профессионально себе вели. Организовали транспорт, который за меньше 10 минут привез меня от аэропорта и обратно. Отличное место для тех, кто ждет пересадки.
Выбрала отель за близость к аэропорту и к остановкам общественного транспорта. От аэропорта можно доехать на автобусе Н6, очень удобно. Остановка прям напротив отеля. До метро минут 15 пешком. До центра на метро минут 40, было время съездить погулять.
Завтрак скромный, но вкусный. Хлеб был свежий.
Номер мне достался отличный. Шума никакого слышно не было.
Был русскоговорящий сотрудник на ресепшене.
Удачное расположение, если у Вас стыковочный рейс. От аэропорта до отеля на такси по счетчику 280 лир, ехать минут 10. Завтрак с 7 до 10:30: картошка фри, помидоры, огурцы, яйцо, сыр, колбаса, джемы, масло, чай/кофе на выбор. В номере 2 бутылки воды, чайник, чай, кофе, сливки, сахар. На ресепшн был русскоговорящий молодой человек. За чекаут не в 12:00, а в 13:30 с нас не взяли ни копейки. Вызвали такси до аэропорта. В целом, очень хорошо для кратковременного пребывания.
В ванной был только кусок мыла. Не было фена, очень удивилась я этому))) кондиционер шпарил на 27 градусов, дважды просила убавить до 17, иначе просто невозможно дышать. Нам с дочерью нужно было только переночевать, мы приехали в час ночи. Бронировала самый дешевый номер, без окна. Не рекомендую. Думала, это ерунда, нет. Больше никогда не допущу такой ошибки.
