I like the buffet, thermal pools, normal pool and rooms. It is a clean hotel with a kind staff. Food was very fresh and tasty. Will recommend and come back. 🩷
It has all the facilities required, the thermal pools were never crowded. Nice live band in the evening, location is wonderful.
Actually we were a little bit confused because of the others reviews. But when we come here - in the middle of nowhere :) - we were amazed...
After more than 5 hours driving the hotel welcomed us so cosy and comfortable that we just like it from first sight.
Everywhere is super clean.
The room is big enough - double and single bed. We took deluxe double room for 2 adults and one child for 100eur for accommodation with dinner and breakfast. It's a huge hotel with a lot of swimming pools - inside and outside. Sometimes it could be overcrowded, but the place is enough. The restaurant is comfy and with beautiful view. The nature spring and thermal pool with mineral water is splendid. There is a variety of food, not great, but OK. It is just 2 km from North gate to Pamukkale, but it's better to use the central entrance.
But have in mind that the swimming area is great, the garden, the sunsets, the program every night - live music, belly dancing... Plan at least 2 nights here!
Hotel had an indoor and outdoor thermal spa- we used the indoor one along with friends and family. late night check in was fast. Breakfast could be better considering the different type of tourists. Dinner was included in package and was fine. walkable distance to the market where you can get souvenirs, swimming dresses, fruits, drinks, etc. Limited options nearby for the food. room / bath area was spacious. good for a short stay.
Grace period to be given for breakfast and dinner.As we went out and returned half an hour late,Counter closed and dinner was denied.otherwise food was fantabulous
