Красивое здание с хорошей ухоженной территорией. Спа с термальным бассейном в помещении и на улице.
В отеле чисто. В номере нет. Полотенца несвежие застиранные. В углах плесень. Выдали только два шампуня и два мыла. Фен с одной скоростью
В ванной нет стаканчиков для щеток
Вообще нет полок, куда поставить крем и т.д. Нет тапок и халатов. На ужине шведский стол нет ни рыбы, ни мяса, сплошной фастфуд, нет фруктов, кроме целых яблок и апельсинов. И это в разгар сезона клубники. На завтрак из яичного только омлет и вареные яйца. Из десертов печенье, вафли, лукум и щербет. Когда мы отдыхали утром у бассейна, работник начал косить траву ручной бензиновой косилкой с соответственным запахом и летанием пыли и кусков травы. Это три звезды. И это мой первый плохой отзыв.
Самое шикарное это сам термальный источник!номера хоршие, прадва матрасы рваные
Еда ужасная!!! Вообще не о чем. Скишсее, испорченные продукты.
Отель не соответствует 5*, не больше 4. Все относительно потрепанное (мебель, покрытие, полотенца), только ванные принадлежности на 5* ( халат, тапочки, комплект зубная щетка и паста, мыло, гель для душа). Еда на 3. До памуккале 3,5 км, если есть машина, то нет проблем или надо заказывать такси.
