At the resort

The hotel out no place, not much around. Have take public bus. No bus stop. Few shop around.
Not much choice fir vegans or veg eats. Same food all the evenings. The la carte Resturant are in same buffet main one where bring cook bring sane food. So not worth it. The la carte is only sine nights well not worth it
My bathroom was leak for pass 5 days . Aways said fixed, near did when used toilet or shower. It was smelling coz of leak and dirty water. Do not give another key , so if gone out the air con or lights don’t work with out in room key. Do room is always hot when come back. Rooms never cleaned to good, did clean or change my towels fir 3 days
The hotel is very new. Everything is working fine.
The food is good enough for 5 stars. But there are gaps, windows between meals. In 5 stars it should be no breaks. One place closes, another opens. There, between 4pm and 6.30 pm no any kind of food, no even fruits or snacks. It's not that I was hungry but still.And if you use to the service during the lunch or dinner, here is self-service. The shuttle timing to the beach is not convenient. When everybody is coming back for lunch, the driver is taking break. And the shuttle works till 5.30pm only. It's fine if you like to climb a hill in a very hot weather. If you are not, you will not go to the beach after 5 pm.It is a new hotel, but the service and food is maximum for 4 stars.

Разместили не в тот номер, который зарегистрирован был. Работа администратора не профессиональна , полчаса не мог предоставить работающий электронный ключ…
Номер меня поразил своей красотой! Все в светлых тонах, зеркала в потолок, очень комфортно нам было в этом номере и вид был шикарный так как учли наши пожелание я поселили на 6 этаж с видом на море
Уборка проводилась не каждый день
Еда невкусная, на гриле не видела, мы приходили к концу приема пищи так как много людей в ресторане, лотки уже не пополнялись.
Кровать и белье очень чистые. Уборка очень часто. Сам отель шедевр архитектуры и дизайна. Вид с балкона великолепен. Ресторан очень достойный. Пляж не близко, но чартер гонял туда сюда быстро. Все понравилось!!!
Все понравилось от номера, сервиса до пляжа и моря. Архитектура отеля и его дизайн великолепны. Жили как во дворце.
